Seleni Gears Up for Mudderella 2016
Register today to run with Team Seleni!
February 10, 2016
We are excited to announce that Seleni will be participating in Mudderella 2016 on Saturday, June 18th. In May 2015, our team of 43 runners tackled the muddy seven-mile obstacle course designed by women for women and raised $95K for Seleni’s financial assistance program.
Seleni kicked off this year’s challenge last week at the home of Susanna Hong, a veteran of Seleni’s 2015 team and co-captain this year. Nearly 50 guests enjoyed margaritas and tapas as they learned more about Seleni and our plans for Mudderella this year. Many of the participants registered on the spot and their fundraising is underway!
All funds raised by Team Seleni will directly support our financial assistance program, which enables us to provide expert clinical services to women who would otherwise be unable to afford treatment for depression and anxiety, infertility concerns, miscarriage and child loss, relationship difficulties, and parenting and the many concerns of motherhood.
We know that when women are supported they are best able to care for themselves and their families. Mudderella is a chance to challenge yourself, make friends, and put the Seleni vision into action - helping each other through the muck and mud.
