The Transition to Parenthood in the Workplace and at Home
Families and Work Institute and Seleni create a survey to investigate
As a new parent, what did you need from your employer to do your best at work and at home? We teamed up with the Families and Work Institute (FWI), an organization dedicated to finding new ways to live, learn, and work in today's world, to create a survey that will help us understand exactly what new parents need to thrive at work and at home.
Here's the link to the survey - we'd love it if you participated! It should take about 5 minutes of your time. Your answers will help FWI direct research on this topic in the future, and will help us at Seleni provide tips to reduce the stress of new parenthood related to the workplace (featuring select quotes by survey participants). Make sure to enter your email address at the end of the survey if you'd like to receive our tips.
We thank you in advance for your participation! Please share the link to this page with all parents you know who might like to contribute to this important survey and help us offer useful tips for getting through this difficult transition.
