This support group for new mothers will run on Fridays in 2020, with a flexible program of weekly themes based on the needs of the group. Participants receive guidance from an experienced psychologist on reducing stress, learn techniques to enhance the skills needed to cope with the daily challenges of new motherhood, share experiences, and most importantly, support one another.
